Expanding Devices Quota

Your NBnano comes with built-in support for 50 devices, regardless of the number of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of each device. The licenses are perpetual, meaning they do not expire. If you require support for more devices, you have the option to expand the capacity to accommodate up to 2500 devices. To proceed with the expansion, please refer to the purchase options outlined below.

Buying the License

To expand your supported devices, head to your NBnano portal, and find the device you wish to purchase a license for and click on actions -> “Buy License”

Upon clicking the button, you will be redirected to the NBnano license page. On this page, you can customize your license by selecting the desired device quota and activating support, VPN access, or cloud backups. If you have a discount code, you can apply it in the designated box. Once you are satisfied with your selections, you can proceed to purchase your new license. Clicking the button will lead you to the payment details section.

After the purchase is complete your new license details will be shown. Copy these details somewhere safe for your records.

Applying the New License

To apply your new license on your device, log into the NBnano Platform and navigate to Project > Settings > Registration. Scroll to the bottom of the page and paste the new license key into the License Key box and click Apply License.

Once the license has applied, you should see your new license details updated on the NBnano.
