IQnexus, a trading name and trademark of M2M Technologies Ltd, herein referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our,” operates the NBnano On-Premise Platform (“NBnano”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and Privacy Policy govern your use of the NBnano, as well as the collection and use of your personal information. By accessing or using the NBnano, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms or the Privacy Policy, please refrain from using the NBnano.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the NBnano, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. You will be notified of any significant changes to the Terms or the Privacy Policy before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of modified Terms or Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms or Privacy Policy.

VPN Services and Secure Connection

If you decide to use our VPN services, please note that a secure connection will be established between your device and our servers to provide the remote tunnel. We handle your personal data transmitted through this connection with the utmost care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to terminate the remote service upon notification from you and upon the completion of the contractual period agreed upon by both parties.

Dashboard Access

Upon registration, you will be granted access to a dashboard enabling you to connect to your device, referred to as NBnano On-Premise. The use of the dashboard and its associated features and functionalities are subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

The NBnano and its content, including software, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property, are owned by IQnexus and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through the NBnano or Online Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQnexus shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the NBnano or VPN access.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and the Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
